Terms of Chamber

01. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Himilco platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Chamber. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Himilco Technologies Ltd.

02. Platform Description

Himilco is an anonymous B2B deal brokerage platform that facilitates confidential commercial transactions between verified Business entities (Originators) and qualified deal execution agents (Hunters) through a permanent platform Operator. The platform does not execute payments, hold funds, or act as financial intermediary. All financial transactions are facilitated externally.

03. User Eligibility

To use Himilco you must:

• Be a legal business entity or authorized representative
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be located in a sanctioned jurisdiction
• Successfully complete identity verification

06. Deal Chamber Rules

All communications within deal chambers are monitored by the Himilco Operator. Users expressly consent to this monitoring by using the platform. No private communications between Originators and Hunters are permitted outside of the monitored chamber environment.

07. Non-Circumvention Clause36-MONTH

Any examples, partnerships, or commercial engagement between an Originator and Hunter who were introduced through the Himilco platform within the preceding 36 months shall be subject to full platform commission, whether or not the transaction was facilitated through the platform.

• Sharing contact information in chambers
• Attempting to identify opposing parties
• Circumventing platform introduction
• Creating multiple accounts
• Submitting false documents
• Interfering with platform operations

10. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and proprietary technology remain the exclusive property of Himilco Technologies Ltd.

11. Limitation of Liability

Himilco acts solely as an introduction facilitator and disclaims liability for the conduct or outcomes of transactions between users.

12. Termination

Himilco may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms of Chamber at its sole discretion.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the DIFC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

14. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall be resolved exclusively through the courts and arbitration framework of the DIFC, Dubai.

15. Amendments

Himilco reserves the right to amend these terms; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
